Happy new year guys..
This month I want to build a medium weight lifter X 8, to carry 5d3+lens ( 1.3kg) or Black Magic Cinema Camera(BMCC) 2kg
Anyone can help me to decide motor & props selection?
I have a success build flat hexa with 2816motor 700kv & 12.38 props, WKM. The eassiest way is, using my flat hexa motor+props config. to my future X8.
But, I still open my mind to try other option. Specialy those new pancake motor series (Sunny Sky, Tiger Motor). They are tempting
Is it better eficiency with those pancake motors?
My concern if I using pancake motors are :
- Using bigger propeler might result less stable flight for video capture for WKM
- Using 4-6 cell batteries are heavy. It will reduce my camera payload and flight durations
So, my dearest friends in multi rotor forum, any suggestion...?
