XAircraft Xaircraft software won't Load in windows 7

Trying to get Xaircraft software to load in Windows 7. The first step goes OK, but when you get to step 2, it gets to about 2/3 loaded and just sits there. Any thoughts?

Update

I finally got the program to load onto my computer. Now the problem is I can't get the latest update to load. If I click on Software Update, 1.1.0.908 pops up and when I go to load it it just shuts down the Aircraft Center window. Also If I click on CONNECT in the window, it says "Invalid length for converting Struct_RCConfig. If I click on Firmware Upgrade, I get "communication failed"
