XAircraft X650v8 won't turn left

Hi, got the v8 perfectly flying stable in the air but it won' t turn left. Right is no problem. Have checked xaircraft centre; everything seems to work fine, the tx provides perfect feedback on the screen, left right everything ok.
It is a brandnew x650v8, tried all connectors, made sure all cables are fine but have not yet checked esc's by dismantling the booms and esc etc. will this be the most probable malfunction? Who can help?

Yes I solved it by alligning the engines/props. Just turn the shafts with a bit of force, make sure the props are all exactly horizontal
It should work, good luck

Great i'll give it a shot when my new engine mount arrives (Crashed as couldn't turn left ) Fingers crossed
