WKM Gains troubles.

I have a tarot ironman 1000 for 3 months now, and work perfectly until i went full retarded. I jumped a esc (+) (-) and burned while flying and the wkm compensated the motor failure and landed perfectly.

I changed the ESC burned to hell and the motor, and the proper setup for the ESC.

The problem i have is the same in this phantom

Not that exagerated, but the same i can control it with the RC.

I try to this

But nothing is working. I need heeeelp!!!

Is it posible the imu need a calibration?

I already recalibrated the compass, the only thing i didnt do is the "magnet" to the compass. What u mean to be sure the GPS is correct??? maybe is a stupid question but maybe i am forgetin something with this question.
