If I get these parts, will they work together? Will I need anything else? I am also confused on how to get the 11.1v battery to get down to the 6v that the controller needs. Any help is appreciated.

I think those propellers are too large for the motors. Check the spec for those motors. I would go for 920-980 kv motors for a frame of that size.
