Where can I get a Skyline gimbal controller in the US?

Subject says it all. Where can I get a Skyline gimbal controller in the US? Everyone seems to be out of stock. Is this because of the previous issues they had when they were first released. I am using a Av130, should I wait for skylines to come back in stock or go with the hoverfly? Radian is out of my budget right now. Thanks for your input.
