What sites are safe?

I'm looking to build a racing quad and have noticed that most of the parts are available from HobbyKing and banggood. I heard many stories people not receiving their products from HobbyKing and I do not know much about banggood. Are either of these sites safe?

Did several orders and never had any problem with hobbyking! One time they sent me a Battery that was defective, and did a replacement. Did not even have to send the bad one.
