I have a Futaba R2008SB and it says S-Bus on it. However, S-BUS is not one of the choices in the NAZA Set-up Assistant. It has "Tradition," "D-Bus," and "PPM," (whatever those mean! :). Which do I choose?

EDIT: It appears that only "Tradition" works. None of the sliders in the Command Sticks Calibration move when it's set to D-Bus. They only work in "Tradition." No idea what any of them mean!

For some totally inexplicable reason known only to DJI they have called S-Bus D-Bus.

So D-Bus on DJI software equals S-Bus.

Pete - many thanks! It turns out that my RX is connected by the previous owner in what I guess is the traditional method, not S-Bus. Is there an advantage to not using S-Bus?

Not really, S-Bus saves on cabling and some Rx'ers let you do S-Bus and traditional at the same time, best of both worlds.
