I have a 250 quadcopter and am looking to invest on some FPV gear. I was wondering what you guys would personally recommend for a beginner to FPV. I have a budget of around $250.

I would need a camera, headset, receiver/transceiver etc.

Thanks for the help!

There was a fatshark set up out there for around $250 that included entry level goggles, 250mw transmitter and I think a camera as well. I bought one a few years ago. I'm not sure if that same deal is still around. Putting together a system by buying components individually would be possible except for the goggles. You could get a pair of those cheap goggles like these http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/..._Video_TX_RX_CP_Antennas_and_Camera_PNF_.html
But I'm pretty sure you would be disappointed or at the very least want to upgrade soon afterwards.

The Headplay HD's are $250, and they work fantastic. Much better resolution and image size, however you will look like a geek wearing them. Once you see the benefit of the screen, resolution, and size, you won't care what people think.
