Wanted: DJI Zenmuse (NEX)

Hi everyone,

I have issues w my Zenmuse, I've tried to make a little video here
.

I have a shoot pending for May 18th and I'm very concerned that my Zenmuse may need to go back to China and then I definitely won't have it on May 18th. I'm looking to either buy a used Zenmuse for my NEX7 or if someone can lease my their Zenmuse for weekend of May 17th that could be temporary solution as well.

Please let me know if you guys have thoughts on this. I'm in Southern California.

Hi there,

My motors run cold. I think the hot motor is certainly your issue. Try removing the cover and having a good look over the motor. Are there any screws missing or jammed in the motor or are the bearings completely jammed up, that kinda thing.

Hope you fix it!

who is your dealer? maybe he can help. i am currently having some zen issues as well and my dealer is working with me to get it solved quickly. my issues is different but i can tell you that my motors are not hot.

My dealer is Aerial Media Pros in Costa Mesa, CA.

They're looking into it now, not sure what the outcome will be but I don't have much hope that my issue can be resolved locally. Where does DJI repair their items? Heard news today that they are doing repairs in Arizona? Can anyone confirm that? Was really hoping they don't need to ship it to China...
