I have seen a prepoduction GH3 on a Zen somewhere. It needs a special top frame and some other parts. They are on it already As always the danger of selling DIY parts is that it is all too easy to screw up and then blame DJI

Denny what do you mean with top frame ? The cradle frame that the Cam is attached to everything beginning with the roll axis ?
Just really hope if some bigger changes are necessary but the motors GCU FW doesn't change they won't slap on another $ 2000 - ?????
