Two Stage Safety Voltage cutoff settings for a 6s 10000mah

So I'm not sure, where I should really have these set. I'm running the DJI E600 system on an AUW Hex of 7.5 pounds. I pushed it the other day and got a 30 minute fight time, however I put back like almost 8700mah on the recharge of the 10000mah so I assume I'm taking them down too far. It's also confusing me with the two values for each warning.
can someone give me some guidelines? If I use the "recommended" settings I'm getting on and off red flashes from the led (11 sats locked) voltage was showing 23v on the IOSD, and with my settings (perhaps dangerous)I have taken it down to 21 volts.. is this too low? when I first power up it shows 25/25.1 volts, that drops to 23.5 to 24 pretty quick.
I am running tons of stuff, 900mhz ground station IOSD Canbus hub, Zenmuse etc.
The batteries are the "MultiStar 10000 mah 6s C10-C15 peak

Hello,
I think most people don't use the power safety settings as the craft may decide to land just when or where you don't want it to. Some do but set it lower than the recommended setting, maybe 21.5 for stage one and way lower for stage 2. Better to use a timer and monitor your OSD. I usually land on 21.5v.
8700 is too much. You should be aiming for 8000 or less.

Easy? You call that easy?
Agree with Pete. 21.5 for first stage and really low for second stage (under 21V). Hitting the first stage is a good way of reminding you that it's time to land, a nice flashing light is hard to ignore. Use this in conjunction with a timer and OSD and there's very little chance of you running your lipos too low.
