ok. so I am wanting my telemetry viewable through my Fpv screen. I have the 3dr telemetry set on the way that will plug into pixhawk. of course it will go to my laptop, how to I get it to display onto my skyzone 700D as well?
here soon I will rig up my A6000 on one of my 700D's and I will take my other small fpv and mount on top of the octo for me to see what it is doing. I would like the telemetry sent through that one. how do I make this happen? what else do I need to buy?

thanks guys!

ok great!! so all I am needing is the MiniOSD and the connecting cables. which are for sale and I don't need to build! yay! although I am seeing some issues with the MiniOSD and pixhawk.... @JoeBob . are you using pixhawk?

@crayfellow . what is the difference in the one you are getting to the miniosd?

I use the MinimOSD on two copters and they have for over a year worked great. It's not fancy but tells you what you want to know effectively. If using APM or Pixhawk it's a perfect fit and set up instructions are available on the Arducopter website.

sounds. I've ordered the MinimOSD. can't wait to get it setup. I'm hoping to go out today and get some footage of the floods here. the Red River here in Texarkana, TX of over the banks. my wife has a cousin still missing. I was out flying my buddies helicopter 2 days ago looking for him. nothing. they found his parents but not him. hopefully I can use my multi to help. the weather has kept us from getting in the air. we have been using a 300CB and Bell 206. the Blackhawks from my old unit came down yesterday with IR and still couldn't find anything. I'm hoping to get the Multi into area's they couldn't get to or see. I really need the OSD to know what's going on with the multi.

Best of luck in your search and may it turn out well. You folks in Texas are having a pretty rough time right now.

no luck today... :( we had a get together to feed the people searching today. this community is stronger that any i have ever seen. it's like being in the military again. the people are soooo close!! we are all family no matter the age, skin, or decent.
i was able to get the multi out. video is being edited now. pics are up. if there is anyone that can come out of this alive it's this guy. his name is Dugan Ward. extremely strong man and country boy! we all still have hope but the water is still rising and moving faster. in the pic/video of the spill way, from the time we left to coming back over it rose an incredible 6 FEET!!! it was crazy!!

I have a lot of friends with an aerial company over your way doing the same things you are right now. You're right on about the military family. Doesn't matter what you are, we're all the same and look out for each other.

@Old Man . if those guys come to my area let me know. I would like to watch how professionals do this stuff. lol. at least get to know some more people in this industry.

I wish we had more of people this way. :( it's amazing to watch and even more amazing to be a part of. I don't think it's going to rain today so we will continue searching....

If you see a ~36' black toy hauler with "UAI" bold and in gold all over it make it a point to stop. Y'all speak the same language in more ways than one. Based out of the Austin area.
