Yeah it should be 3 axis gimbal how do you wire the 3 axis gimbal is there 3 wire for it? which one do you have ? STELLA footage look's smooth :livid:

I would like to see how the video is connected wil it power the go pro also will i be able to take the footage out with out taking the sd or taking out the go pro that would be nice just a usb plug and extract footage from there and looks like no wires hanging .Price point i hope not to much.

From the photo's I've seen, it appears the usb port is block and GoPro3 would have to be taken off to get to the port or take out the MicroSD card. That's a killer for me. I don't want to un-mount the GoPro to take out the storage card or take out my USB connection which is used for video signal and powering the GoPro.

Please tell me I'm wrong. I don't know if there is a reason or not, but I were to design a gimbal to carry just one particular camera, I'd design it so access to connections or storage cards would be made as simple as possible.

It look like there a port in the top for connections so maybe that is the port to take video out and go threw the osd look new video of Stella.

What about getting the micro sd card out? The usb connection and card slot are side by side on the gopro 3.

I understand on the usb w/ video connection. My question from the photo's of the gimbal, it still looks like the Gopro will have to be removed to take out the micro sd card.

I many times between flights I will pull the micro sd card out to check the video in my computer. I then put it back in and fly again.

On the Tarot, I have turned my gopro upside down so the card and usb slot are on the side opposite the motor. This way, the gopro stays on the gimbal except to change a battery, not to take out the micro sd card.

That will be a problem for you i usually connect usb to gopro and never take out the card and play or extract to my pc
