Sporadic Flying Results

I recently built a quad with a DJI Naza Lite-M FC. I've got my basic gains set at 120 and my attitude gains at 100. Every time I connect the battery and try to fly this damn thing I get different results. For example, 1st flight, connect battery, take off and will hover perfectly. 2nd flight, connect battery attempt to hover and it starts going nuts, impossible to handle. Disconnect and reconnect the battery for the 3rd flight and it immediately starts flying backwards to me. I'm about to pull my hair out with this build.

My Specs are:
HobbyKing Alien 560 Frame
DJI Naza Lite FC
eRc 25A ESC
Turnigy Multistar 4822-690Kv 22Pole Motors
Gemfan 1045/1045R Props

I have larger props ordered, but they are taking forever to come in. This is getting very frustrating and any help is greatly appreciated.

Check everything to make sure mounting and connections are stable. That kind of inconsistency could be due to a loose compass/GPS connection or mount.
