Sony RX100 has to be a good choice.

I'm a relative newbie to quadcopters so I've only used my GoPro so far. However, there comes a time when you tire of the fisheye and gaudy colours so as soon as I've got enough courage I'm going to send my Sony RX100 up. It does HD 1080P and has a 20mp sensor. Results on the ground are stunning, in fact I've put my Canon D in a drawer and hardly ever use it now. The RX100 is much lighter than the Nex so I think it'll be a winner. Just as soon as I stop crashing it!

Stacky and I got the RX100 when they first same out. He still loves his... mine "looks around corners" after a bad firmware upgrade on my FC flipped me above the road...

An early test...
