Sony 700 TVL w/ ZMR250 kit

I just about finished my ZMR 250 kit and then I ran into a cam issue. I tested it twice and it seemed to work fine. I very carefully installed the cam, so I thought, and when I put power to it again all I got was black screen. I took the top plate back off and examined the board. Does anyone know if this can be fixed? Mine is on the right.

Yes, everything else including the traces on the board look just fine. Now to identify that component
I have that same camera on a little guy, works great!
