I'm so Freaking Hooked.......I think i'll buy a S800 system next

Hi All............

My name is Rick
I had bought a TRex 400, years ago and had someone teach me how to fly it
Well........I crashed it a week later and swore I would never get into anything that fly's again........To Much Money just to go out and crash $$$$$$$$$ :highly_amused:

Well Here we are 7 years later and with the new Auto Pilot systems out there I decided to try it again...
So I went out and bought a DJI F450 and NAZA system with a Futaba T8JH and S-Bus Receiver
I built it in less than an hour and had a friend setup my T8J and all of of sudden, I can fly..........:02.47-tranquillity:

I have had more fun in the last few days that I had to share my enthusiasm with all of you
I have even crashed it a few times and this thing just keeps on going............
I broke a "Arm" and used some fiberglass and resin to put her back together and she still flew straight as an arrow........:nevreness:

I now have purchased some better Blades, All Black Arms & some landing gear (STEALTHY)
I run 2 "Hyperion" 3S 1600mAh LiPo's in parallel giving me 18 min. Run Time

Any suggestions to improve flight are most welcome

Future Plans are to purchase the DJI S800, WooKong-M and the Z15 (Since I already have a Sony NEX 5N)

naza is like weed,,,, the entry drug..... welcome to the habit


see how theres wire touching the top of naza, try keeping that all clear. The rx is fine, just don't let anything touch the little white box. She'll freak out and lock over the gyro on ya

I agree guys im just on my 4th flight with my dji450 but today i added a little expo and it flew so stable i was tempted to record a video on my ipad while i was controlling it with one hand. the setup was hard at first but after the second flight i was hooked also. so much to still learn but with all the info on this and other sites my rc fun is branching out.
