Skyline Setup Issues - Auto Tune doesn't work

I'm trying to setup my Skyline on a AV200, everything looks fine until I hit "Auto Tune".
The gimbal immediately rotates (rolls) to the right, until it hits the stop collar with quite some speed.

I then have to switch off the power in order to not break the servo or anything else.
I tried this lot's of times, always the same behavior.

What am I doing wrong?

Load Firmware 1.7b

Unhook the servos for both tilt and roll.
Turn the servos on and find the dead band numbers so that the servos no longer rotate.
Re engage the servos make sure they are off
Level the gimbal by had and click on x access set
save the configuration
insure gimbal is still level
click y access set
save config
Now do autotune

I'm reciting this from memory, from work... Hope it helps.
