We have been in the final stages of testing a new SJ X8 build running original wookong with 5.26 firmware.
Flew a number of packs through it in all modes & it was performing beautifully up until the failsafe test.
It raised to 20m nice and smoothly then when it started its turn for home it went completely berserk large toilet bowling & uncontrollable. Flipped into manual to try and regain control but it wasn't responding or was too far out of control to either reset itself or counteract movement.
Managed to ditch it into some long grass to avoid any major damage.
Anyone else had issues with 5.26 firmware and failsafe?
Flew it afterwards and all systems were fine in all modes but certainly won't be trying failsafe until a solution to problem can be found.
Any ideas?
