Simon 12a esc - 3 stutter, 1 works!??

the enamel insulation on the wires can be a real PITA to work around. do you have some acetone? maybe dip the tips in acetone to soften the enamel and then dip them in alcohol to remove the acetone?

I had the same problem with one of my Emax BLheli escs. I was testing the rotation of the esc and I accidentally shorted the power wires on the frame

Soz I hadn't finished , cut a long story short I replaced the damaged esc and now alls good. The symptoms you describe are the same as my damaged esc
