Secraft Vibration damper, red rings (soft) vs black rings (hard)

So love the secraft products buts its freaken impossible to find any information on them. I am using the secraft vibration mount and want to know if anyone has any insight on the different effects of the red rings vs the black rings. I think the black rings might be a bit stiffer, and thus a better option for the Gh2 which is a bit heavier then the nex cameras. Not sure if you guys have any experience with switching dampener stiffness and the results.

I tried both. Red is too soft. Some shaking in fast descents and fast forward
flights, because whole gimbal shakes.
Black ones are perfect.
With red rings, gimbal shakes also during initial dance of the Zenmuse. You have
to hold the dampers to avoid this. With the black rings no need to hold the dampers
during initialisation.
We use the Zenmuse with GH3 Upgrade kit.

Thanks for the tip guys.... I'd been a bit disappointed with the red and was mulling over swapping out to try the black. Will report back once I've tried them.

I'm impressed with secraft workmanship, but their lack of instructions and info will sink them as a company if they aren't a bit more pro-active.

Did you get a chance to try the black rings? I just received the red ones for the nex 5, do you think they will work?

You just have to try them for yourself. I stick with the red ones unless I know its going to be a very aggressive maneuver. They are pretty soft but works very well.

What gimbal and camera are you running with the red ones,
thanks so much! I have a hexa with a nex5 camera, I get bumps and jerks in forward flight on descents in wind, I'm hoping this well help,
