SDI output?

I was just wondering what people are using on cameras like the Blackmagic which only has SDI out in order to get a camera feed back at the ground station?

Wondering if your setup works, BMPC 4K SDI over the Atomos to the Lightbridge to the ground?
We fly an S1000 and have the heavy & bulky IDX CW7 attached, which only gets us about 40 meters range until we loose the live picture.

Try these BlackMagic converters to convert between camera and downlink

Only problem is their weight. Decimator can be used to convert either direction.

I will go with the BlackMagic SDI-HDMI converter to send the signal to the Lightbridge air module.
But how can I best power these two units? We have tons of Canon EP6 batteries. Might smth. like this work for the BlackMagic SDI-HDMI unit?: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1112784-REG/proam_usa_7_lcdba3_canon_lp_e6_series_to.html
And how can I power the Lightbridge? It has a DBUS input, but sorry I have no idea how to power that…

It is not a good idea to use a Lightbridge if you are using a normal 2.4ghz Tx/Rx radio control system for your S1000. They will interfere with each other as they operate on the same frequencies. A Connex system is a better System as it operates up at 5ghz.
The Connex and the Lightbridge can operate from the main 6S battery of the S1000. They come with the correct power connectors for that.
The sdi to HDMI converters can also be powered off the main battery but you will have to make your own power cable.

Just a quick update from my own experience, I recently had to fly the Alexa Mini and I ended up buying the Atomos converter which works perfectly (with the Connex). It has its own inbuilt battery or you can add an external one, or indeed you can set it up to run off the gimbal battery if you have the right Atomos converter (which comes included in things like the Shogun). Nice and small (ish) too.
