S800 ESC repair turn-around time

Just wondering how many of the US customers have received their arms/ESCs back from DJI after getting them serviced. I would just like some feedback so that I can get a sense of when I will get mine back. Email and phone calls haven't gotten any reply.

so has anyone got their arms back from a US "service center"?

I sent mine to TX and got them back yesterday, which made a total of ten days including travel time. I sent in my complete arms with motors, they replaced the esc's and sent them back. Also they included my battery mount. Quite pleased here.

Yes, Colin and whoever else is handling stuff in TX is on the ball. Hope that spreads to China. I need my battery tray =]

mine were returned in one week, that of course cost me overnight shipping both directions, but I was pleased that they were repaired quickly by Colin in Austin and the email communication was good also.

Thanks for the feedback. I sent my arms and ESCs to Robert at UAV Products. He received them on 7/9. Hopefully they will be returned soon. Communication is lacking there. When I asked Benjamin at DJI about being reimbursed for shipping, he said that he would let Robert know to include a pair of S800 propellers as compensation.

I do appreciate DJI trying to rectify this situation and I understand the difficulty. At the same time, some better communication is needed, and rushing to get out a quick fix is not the answer.
