Ruko F11 gps problem

My f11 will fly a distance of only around 50 yards, then stops and hovers. Same with height. All when under gps.

Is this normal? Is there a way around this limitation other than quit gps mode?

In the app (sjrc app) click the settings (the gear symbol). The default is beginner mode, 30 meters distance, 30 meters altitude, 25 meters return altitude. Turn off beginners mode the blue switch on the right. Set sliders to what you want.
