Relative Shipping Costs

North American shipping costs between adjacent countries for same size parcel, i.e., 4 x 4 x 2 inches: $12 to $15 USD
International direct shipping costs from Singapore to any North American country: $2.00 USD.

The shipping cost is subsidised, for sure. Or it's a mistake (in your favour).

In any case it has been a mistake and/or subsidized in my favor ongoing now for well over 2 years with RCTimer but also several others suppliers from various parts of Asia.....
The one major exception is the international shipment of Lithium Polymer batteries.....

Subsidy is more likely. From my experience with my own store (selling worldwide from UK) US-residents seem particularly sensitive to shipping costs from "overseas". Looks like RCTimer is building the majority of the shipping cost into the product price and showing a nominal $2 - psychologically that overcomes one of the US buyer's main fears (whereas "free shipping" would fool nobody).
