Radian USB comm port 10 error

Hi

I'm trying to set up my new radian and cinestar 2 axis gimbal but i get this error message when i plug the usb into my pc:Error opening comms port 10: invalid port number.

And the software doesn't see the radian Any ideas?

Go to the Device Manager(Start/RightClick on Computer/Properties...). Open the line labeled Ports if it exists. Any existing serial comm ports will be displayed here. If comm 10 has already been allocated this would explain your problem. Now plug in the radian and hopefully a new port will appear in the list. Make a note of the number. Double click on the new port and open in advanced page that will allow you to renumber the serial port. Change it to 10, ignore any already used warnings. Clsoe the window to save the changes.
Try running the Radian software and it should work.
