In the real world, at 20KGs with 5215 435s and 75A ESCs am getting just under 10 mins using 16Ah batteries if that helps.

Is this the coaxial X4XL setup? A2?? If so what are your gain settings? I have begun my build and will need to fine tune the A2 soon.

Yup its a coax config and gains are at about 190 for Pitch and Roll, 150 yaw and 190 altitude.

Did you end up trying both 16000 and 10000 pairs? What flight times have you been experiencing, carrying which gear? Thx

Only the Tattu 16000 pairs. Terrible flight times so far but testing in -20C. Yikes. Getting 5 minutes or less AUW 38lbs. The Aeronavics retractable gear is terrible and broke. It is not up to the job. Looks cool but doesn't work. They have yet to replace it. Running Gremsy gimbal with their integrated gear.

Ouch, that's not ideal. Then again at -20C I'm amazed you're flying at all. Not just the lipos, I bet your fingers are freezing! I've got a few 16,000's so I'll let you know what time I get when I've built it. We've bought a Movi M5 with the MR adapter. We'll see how that goes.
