Prop stuck on motor

Hello all,

First post on here, but long time lurker!

I've got an issue with one of the props on my f450 e300, it's stuck on the motor! When I try turn the prop to get it off it just turns the motor too.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can get it off? I've tried heating it up but it just heats up the motor and ends up too hot to touch :/

Unfortunately not - That's what I done with the other three and they come off no problem with no effort, but this one is jammed!
