Problem with motors running same speed

I decided to try to hover while I was waiting for some info to set up the fail safe. My motor Number 3 is running faster than my other motors and I'm not sure why. it almost tipped over when I brought up the throttle. All four motors and esc's were working fine with my 91FYQ. Any ideas?
