Problem with gimbal control on zen gh3

We have just received out new s1000 with gh3 zenmuse. Having a problem with rc control on the gimbal unit. System calibrates fine and then looking Through the assistant it sees all the pan tilt channels etc being controlled by the rc unit but the zen itself does not respond to any rc inputs. Tried with different tx rx combos but still no joy. System is hooked up to a2 all on latest firmware.
anyone else had this issue or any potential solutions? I'm just hoping it's not a faulty unit.

Fixed the problem....
A2 has 2CAN-BUS channels
The zen gh3 must be plugged in CAN-BUS channel 1, we had in in the wrong one. A bit of head scratcher for a while.
