Power Lines

Can heavy hi power power lines interfere with the transmission and communication between a RC transmitter/ reciver if flying near them

people say they feel something....... i fly next to the sunrise powerlink. it supplies 9 million people with electricity in San Diego, comes from a nuclear powerplant in arizona somewhere. I've gone under it, over it, along it and almost in it. You see it in the distance in all my desert vids.... like been over it a hundred times, still got all the models, never seen it do anything

I've flown near power lines without problem. I had to fly under some and then climb over some trees to get to a difficult spot and didn't have any interference problems. As always: fly with caution.
