Police helicopter forces Phantom to land

Here's a video of a Phantom operator who was forced to land by a police helicopter. The operator was detained for an hour and fined $70.00 for flying at a national park. He was also flying within 30 miles of Washington DC's no fly zone. YouTube: http://youtu.be/smxql2PXehI
