please lipo problem with DJI

Guys i need some help please I just built a WKM with OISD v2 and Data Link I used RCtimer 40ESC anD RC timer 460 Motor and as the DJI manual you connect the iosd to the WKM power and I use Series connection by adding two 3s 5000 Mah and once just one different 3s lipo while i was setting my TX and writing the software but each time in each one of my battery one of the 3cell of the lipo is gone below 1.80 while the other one was over 3.60 so I do not know why???????????? am i doing some wiring misconnection or it is the IOSd that causing causing that the batteries are new is there any chance to use septet power for IOSd instaed of coonceting it to main power help thanks

To me this sounds like it is nothing to do with the ISOD but that you batteries are damaged, the IOSD does not see any individual cells just the total voltage of the system.

thanks for reply but it happened to two of them in the same day and also draining voltage very fast even though there is no motor running
