I'm sure glad you posted that Violetwolf. One of our company officers is looking at the Centerpiece and was asking me if it worked with Pixhawk. I am now presuming my answer of yes was correct. I had my neck stretched out a little. We're the folks that launch sUAS from MR's....

Oops I missed this post Old Man. I should note that I do not connect my Phobotics to the Pixhawks in any way. I like to keep my gimbals completely autonomous from the Multi Rotor. If you need more info on it let me know and I will properly research an answer for you. I know Roee (the dev) has been working on more connectivity but I have not followed too closely. Some awesome things coming from Phobotic in the new year, but nothing to talk about publicly yet and no solid dates. (Not a sales pitch I'm an enthusiastic user more than a dealer lol)

No probs, and thanks, I'm sure there's going to be some questions. My boss is having me seek out the dual IMU controller. He say's it's on back order everywhere. Do you know of any hidden stashes anywhere?

You're in luck! I just had a look at the shelf and I do have two "Centerpiece HV's" on hand. They are the "High Voltage" (HV) units that come with 2 IMU's. They also have BlueTooth built in. My site is here: http://www.uavmediapros.com/product/centerpiece-hv-brushless-gimbal-controller/

I'm also a big fan of the Adir integrated power unit. BEC's to power your RX & Video TX as well as a power conditioner that ramps up power to the system for soft starts. I use them on my personal gimbals. It's nice to power up the whole gimbal with one switch. http://www.uavmediapros.com/product/adir-bec/ And they stack on top of the controller for a clean install.

Note: the regular (and cheaper) Centerpiece will also function with dual IMUs. But does not have Blue Tooth and is a lower amperage rating: (I have two of those on hand as well) : http://www.uavmediapros.com/product/centerpiece-brushless-gimbal-controller/ BUT you would have to buy a second IMU for them if you want to run duals. ($125 each IIRC)

Thanks Rick.

I copied and pasted your reply to an e-mail along with your contact info and sent it to my boss. We'll see where it goes from there.

Merry Christmas!
