Phantom internals

I am wondering if I purchase a phantom rtf ,Could I pull the electronics out and install in a larger frame and use my dx-8 in the future . Is the electronics the same as if I bought the naza and the GPS solely .I noticed the phantom does not offer rth feature ,unless you turn the transmitter off.I was wondering if you
have it linked to a difference TX if this would give you the rth feature ??????? .
Just asking.

The Naza is the same. The GPS/Compass is not. The only reason you have to turn the Tx off is because the Tx only has two switches. There is no reason that you could not have the same feature set as the regular Naza. Several guys have already installed their own Rx.
