Phoenix has added some MR models to their sim. I think they have an MK & a Guai 330, not sure how accurate they are though. It's been a while since I've touched it.

I have Phoenix, and I find that it is very useful for general principals and practicing for orientation. However, their Gaui 330x model doesn't really behave much like a real quad does outdoors. It behaves like a perfectly trimmed quad with perfectly trimmed autolevel would indoors, with the exception that you can also make it do flips. Maybe I just need to mess with the environment settings more or something, but I have found it now especially accurate. It's also the only one I have used, so I don't have a better suggestion :)

As Egon says, Aerosimrc.
lacks in the graphics department but the physics are good with a good range of types. very accurate IMHO.
Its also designed for developer so theres a lot of user defined options.
