PBS NewsHour interview

My wife and I attended a fantastic fly-in last weekend in northern Virginia hosted by DC Drone User Group. We were interviewed by PBS newsHour while we were there. It is supposed to air tonight, but I was told that before the Boston bombing. Everything has been a little out of whack since. Keep an eye out for it.

Oh man, they ended up cutting our interview portion out. We are supposed to do something for their Art Beat section, so they might have saved it for that. I'll have to find out. They used footage me flying a good bit. It's the red fpv quad in all the bumpers.

Hey smoothvirus, I saw photos of you after the fact, but I think we got there late and missed you FPV. Are you local around DC/Baltimore? I'm trying to get some formation FPV guys together.

Yuri, that is actually the exact same case I got from Harbor Freight. I felt silly buying the same case, but it works great for radios!

They made 2 segments total.

Yes, I'm in Franconia right around the corner from the Metro station.
