So until now i didn't use OSD..I would like to be sure for connections.
If i connect a video system which has it's own battery i believe that i have to connect only ground and video signal from it to the board (video in) . Video out will be video signal+OSD from board and ground to video transmitter right? I don't connect power from board (ESC power- i am using a green pro board) to anything, right?

If you have the Black HFPro board there is no longer a need to worry as the OSD ports are just a pass through and don't connect to the onboard power.

If you have a green board then you want to only connect the ground and signal to the board and run the power separately. If you happen to have a 5v camera you can use the HFPro to power the camera from the osd port and only worry about disconnecting the power for the transmitter side.

Hope my rambling made sense :)

If you have the green board then no voltage as it provides a 5v feed. If you have the black board then it's just a pass through but I can't say for sure if it can go higher then 12v. That's definitely a question for the HF guys.
