Hoverfly Octo setup

i have just build me a new octo for my company skydrone.no and here is my setup

FRAME: CINESTAR 8 WITH 2 BOTTOMPLATE TO STIFFEN THE FRAME
MOTOR: U5 TIGER
ESC : TURNIGY PLUSH 60 AMP (i wa told this was the best choice for hoverflypro).
Props : tiger 14" carbon
GIMBLE:FREEFLY MOVI M5
CAMERA: BLACK MAGIC POCKET CINEMA CAMERA.
LIPO: 6S 16000MAH TATTO
F.TIME: 12 MIN
WEIGTH: CA 9 KG.

This is my setup and it seems to work great,but i wounder about something,
in the start off my building i dont have a extra buttom senterplate on and my gain was like +35-35
wen i mount the exstra bottomplate and fire it up, it was shaking alot with gain at +35-35??
i was hoping to get mre gain on the maskin when i stiffen my frame??
Now i am at +30-30 gain

What are you guys thinking of this,What kind of gain are you flying on at simular octoes?

Gain settings on HFP is relative and it's numerical value doesn't have anything to do with flying well. Comparing to others even with similar setups doesn't tell you anything. Higher or lower gain isn't good or bad. Dial the gain (whatever value it is) until your MR is flying well. It only has a value so you can tweak it.
