Sorry, I guess I didn't look hard enough for other posts. Word is that he's looking to move here after his term ends. I hope that doesn't mean a permanent no-fly zone.

So how is the average park flyers supposed to get this info?

The same way the rest of us do, on the AMA website.
Of course, you have to check it daily for updates.
You can also get updated by the FAA at
https://pilotweb.nas.faa.gov/PilotWeb/
or;
http://notams.aim.faa.gov/notamSearch/

Of course if you don't know what to look for you may never find it.
However, it's all outlined in your "Commercial Model Airplane Certification Handbook".
What? You don't have the handbook?
Well, worry not, the FAA will have it in your hands within the next 10 years.
It will be roughly the same cost as a Private Pilots license and then there are the "Annual's and Examination's".
In the mean time ,,,, wing it and hope you don't see a boat load of black SUV's pulling into the park to confiscate your UAV,

I agree with Kloner that this information is very relevant to us at the moment but remember,
the more you kowtow the more kowtowing they will expect and demand.
I never quite understood NOTAM's for the POTUS.
A terrorist with a shoulder fired rocket doesn't really care about NOTAM's. In fact, it just narrowed the area of his search.
Beside that if the President is so paranoid about public appearances, he should stay at home and do some work on his public perception.

Personally, I will bend over backwards for them but, that's only to give them better access to my nether parts.
