Noob needs some advice in flying my Mini 250

Hi Guys,

Made my first flight yesterday with my mini quad. Hell, it was difficult. Also because I did not have any expo on the sticks and the throttle curve was to steep.
But that is not excuse of course. I need to practice this! Sorry NOOB here!!!

You can see in the video (skip the first 1:20) that when I yaw the quad drifts, sometimes I am going backwards!
Does this mean that I need to pitch it more (stick forward) to get this forward movement? Maybe I need to "roll" it more (stick left or right)?

Crash in the end: throttle curve to steep in the beginning...

Probably a bit of forward but would be nice to know what your quad is and what parts are used.

QAV 250 carbon
RCX 2400kv motors + Gemfans 5030
CC3D controller
Emax 12 amp ESC
ImmersionRC 600 + 600 TVL CMOS + Goggles
Radio: Graupner MX-20 + GR-12
