New to this world. Have S800 and want to learn. Advice welcome..

Yes... some of the videos are tend to mislead as does the documentation. And jumping back and forth between a NAZA and a WKM is even more confusing.

It's interesting to see where people mount the items. Such as the LED light. I've also read that you don't want to mount the controller until the Futaba is paired. Without some one with me it's not easy.

By the way, how is Calgary? I was in Banff for most of 2008.

Calgary continues to grow both in population and prosperity by leaps and bounds and is now at 1.3 million approx.
Winter is not so nice though as daylight is so short in the winter with too much cold and snow etc.
"no batteries included/some building required" but there is always Internet support to make up for what the Hobby stores lack with respect to technical support.
The LED should be located on the back if you tend to fly nose out.

S-Bus = Just one cable between receiver and WooKong / Naza, but you have to stick with the channels assigned by WooKong/Naza as per manual
"Normal" = A lot more cabels (for each channel one) but you are flexible with assigning the channels

Thanks Chris

Is is a bad thing that if I run with S-Bus I have to stick to the assigned chanels? Or, should I want to put a gimbal on it, it will keep free channels. Or, being a complete newbie, stick to the 'normal'?
