New quadframe brushless gimbal

Here's my first video from it. Not impressed so far. Vibes...flutter...failing to level...and a strange and permanent tiny oscilation in the pitch axis.

It was windy though, which does explain some of the symptoms. Also, I'm passing pitch control through and APM2.5 first (so I can preserve CH8 for other purposes). And I'm sure the PID's still need refining. But the vibes and the flutter are a problem. And the way it mounts is a tricky fix.

This new gimbal is hard mounted to the legs, so suffers badly from vibes.

Much work to do here.

Well, I've ironed out most of the problems, but am still stuck with one.

I get a low amplitude vibration on the pitch axis beyond 20'... But only when pitching forward! Pitch back... And it's fine all the way to 45'! Tried a load of different power and PhD settings, rebalanced it, checking obstructions etc - nothing seems to stop the vibes

Any ideas what it might be?
