Hey folks. I've just finished assembling my RustiCWave gimbal and I have to admit, it's pretty nice. I'm using HS-7940 and HS-7945 for the servos and I'm thinking that I want to use a separate BEC for the servo power. I'm planning on using the CC BEC at 6 volts for the servo power and here is my question...
Is this right... The positive and ground from the BEC should go to the servos pos and ground. The signal and ground from the HFP should also go to the servo. Thus the BEC ground and the HFP ground will share a common ground. The power from the HFP will not be connected. Just the signal and ground.
On another note.... Do I even need this? Is there enough voltage and current supplied by the HFP? I'm probably over thinking all this...
I've made it this far and I don't want to screw it up... Thanks guys..
