Need help sizing motors thanks

I am building a drone with a team, and we have decided for it to weigh 2 kg, and we are aiming for a 3:1 thrust to weight ratio. So we need a thrust capacity of 6.0 kg, We need 1.5kg of thrust per motor. Any advice or feedback on how to select a properly sized motor to fulfill this requirement. Ideally with a flight time of 20-30 mins. We are finding it really difficult to find helpful information. Thank you guys so much for the help.

Most drone motors have specs that have total thrust per motor look at t-motor or hobbywing.
