Naza M + zenmuse 3H-3D

Hi There,
While I’m flying large MRs, I still enjoy flying (and filming) with my old F550 / Naza M Lite plus Tarrot 2D for Gopro.
I’d like to replace the gimbal with the zenmuse 3H-3D but my understanding is that it won’t work with the Naza M controller. On the other hand, I’ve been told that it would work if one acquire the GCU along with the gimbal. I’m running on 3S batteries.
Did someone set this kind of configuration and how’s it working ?

Check the manual, but I think you need NAZA M v2 or NAZA M v1 to work with the zenmuse. The NAZA M Lite version does not support the zen.

You are correct. Lite doesn't support the Zen due to not having a can bus port on the PMU for the GCU to plug in to.

rilot, I see you operate an F550 too, how’s it doing with your 2 axis gimbal ?

It's fine. Worked perfectly straight out of the box. I've never had any reason to tinker with it.
