naza-m newbie questions

naza-m newbie questions

hi new to quads. i have built and flown many helis from 450s to logos with beastx, sk720 and hc3sx controllers

bought a hover things 450 frame that has Suppo 2212/13 1000kv Brushless Motor and hobbywing esc's. it was wired for a fy-90q controller

i have bought a naza-m and had a few questions

should the esc control wires that plug into the naza have the middle red wire removed, leaving the black and white wires? which wire goes up on the naza, white or black?

the vu battery wire from the naza and the esc power wires can all be wired into one ec5 connector to plug into a battery?

thanks

only if the esc's are not opto and have bec's in them. All your doing is disabling the bec which puts power down the red wire. just unclip it from the servo end and fold it back with a piece of heat shrink. if you ever need to program it, your gonna need the red wire plugged in..... if this is dji 30 amp opto esc's, you just plug em in red wire and all

usually those are all intersected at the power distro board.... vu soldered on with esc wires with a battery lead coming off it with an ec5. the least wires getting bent when you plug/unplug the better
