NAZA GPS mounting

I haven't mounted mine yet, but have ordered some Du-BRO 5/32" brass collars for the task. Just wanted to see what some of you have done, and maybe this thread would be a good place to share ideas for GPS mounting. I am thinking about a few locations seen in the image. I guess that the idea is to keep is as far away from RFI, like an ESC.

Are you going to reduce the height of the unit?

I've heard you can shorten the shaft so the antenna is not so exposed during a crash.

I hadn't thought of that, but sounds reasonable as long is it doesn't hurt reception. I would rather have a more receptive antenna, than a safer one.
