Naza failsafe OR FRSky failsafe?

I have a NAZA 2 which has failsafe feature built in. Now I also have Fr Sky RX/Tx that has its own failsafe feature. Not flown with or set the feature yet. But how does it work if both components have failsafe?
To try and answer my own question maybe it is better to have both as a redundancy. If I did set it on the FrSky then I assume I set it to the Naza's own failsafe position. Then maybe if I loose signal the FrSky triggers RTH quicker than the Naza itself would. I think Naza may have a lag.

What's the best course of action to set the FrSky?
Thanks for any info...
